Shipping Policy
Bella & Boo is proud to offer Free Local Delivery to customers in Shorewood and Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. A very sweet deal if you happen to live in Milwaukee's Northshore! We also offer Free Pick Up if you live in the area and would like to pick up your order here. Be sure to select "Free Delivery to My Home in Shorewood/Whitefish Bay" or "I'll Pick Up My Order" when you check out. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75. The Standard Shipping charge for orders less than $75 is $9.95. We ship within the Continental United States. Under normal circumstances all orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. If you happen to select Free Delivery but do not live within the zip code of 53217 you will be charged an additional $9.95 for shipping your order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
No refunds or replacements will be issued on orders delivered to the address provided at the time of checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping or delivery address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the cost of redelivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any item damaged in transit.
30 Day Return Policy

We are happy to exchange or offer store credit on new, unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To expedite your return process, please contact us by email at info@bellaandboo.com. If returning an item please ship it back to us with delivery confirmation. Original shipping charges are non-refundable but exchanges will be shipped free of charge.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge all applicable state and local sales tax on orders delivered to or shipped to Wisconsin addresses. If we ship your order outside of the state of Wisconsin, you are responsible for any applicable sales tax.
